Forty-four players descended upon Canning, Nova Scotia to compete for awards in their respective division. The players represented a cross section of the larger community including males/females, able-bodied and disabled along with the youngest player of 9 and the oldest in his seventies. The competitors arrived from New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island along with Nova Scotians from Cape Breton, Truro, Halifax, and Dartmouth. The local club had a large contingent and benefited from the influx of others.
